How it works:
  • When you let us know that you want us to provide vending services, one of our experienced Sales
    Managers will visit your location for a site assessment.

  • Upon completion of the site assessment, we will provide recommendations on the type and number of
    machines we can place on your site.

  • We will then work with you on finalizing the product selection that you would like placed within the vending
    machines.

  • Since vending machines are mechanical devices, at rare occasions, they may malfunction. In the event
    that the machine dispenses incorrect change or products, we do not want you to be inconvenienced. We
    believe in customer service and want to ensure that our customers are satisfied with our service.

    Depending on the type and size of your location, we will include you on ONE of the following
    Reimbursement Options:
  • Petty Cash Refund Option - we will provide a pre-set amount of PETTY CASH to a
    designated person at your location. If there are any refunds, the customers will simply go to
    the designated person so that he/she can provide a refund out of the PETTY CASH
    REFUND OPTION - no questions asked!

  • Refund Slip Option - we will provide refund slips that will be given to a designated person
    at your location. If there are any refunds needed, your customers will complete a refund slip
    that will be turned in to us when we come to your location next.

    Our service representative will check with the designated person if there are any refund
    slips due and at that point, our representative will provide cash to the designated person to
    be given to the customer - again, no questions asked!
